As an Integrated Producer at Seventy Agency you will work closely together with the client lead and the team in order to deliver best-in-class productions. You will serve clients on a global scale and lead productions from first idea to launch and beyond. You will handle the day-to-day contact with clients and partners, scope, plan, and manage projects, create and follow up on budgets and assure the deliveries are of top quality. As an experienced producer you must be able to manage expectations, remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and build the client relationship.
You are an organized doer who loves new challenges, with experience in managing both film and digital productions. You are agile and flexible in your way of working, but still a fan of structures that can help the team get things done. During tight deadlines you keep the team calm and assure that deliveries are of best quality. You are social and confident and you treat everybody with an open mind. You are curious with a “nothing is impossible” attitude and you are not afraid of speaking your mind.
WE THINK THAT YOU
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years work experience with production management/project management in marketing, advertising and/or digital production
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, advertising, or equivalent
- Are fluent in English
- Have strong communication and presentation skills and are comfortable in handling customer contact and feedback
- Have a proven track record of working with creatives
- Can work well with internal and external partners, while staying organized and energized in our fast-paced environment
- Are confident in the Office suite and Keynote
- Have experience with other project management tools such as Teamwork, Basecamp, or Trello
